Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Products and services are lawful;

  • Landing pages function correctly;

  • Pricing information is accurate;

  • Promotions include required terms and conditions;

  • Advertisements do not infringe third-party rights;

  • Required licences and registrations are in place;

  • Advertising content complies with Netchain policies.

Submitting an advertisement to Netchain does not transfer responsibility for the advertisement to Netchain.

Advertisers must not deliberately create advertisements that deceive users into giving away money, passwords or personal information.

If an advertising agency manages campaigns on behalf of an advertiser, the advertiser remains responsible for ensuring that campaigns comply with this Policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
